The Mini Tennis Congress begins Thursday, February 11 at 8:30 AM and concludes Saturday, February 13 at approximately 4:00 PM at Emilio Sánchez Academy in Naples, Florida.


Tuition includes:

  • 9 hours of customized on-court coaching.

  • 4 hours of off-court training and recovery.

  • Personalized singles or doubles training pathway.

  • Daily lunch provided on site.

  • Additional court time to practice and play.

  • Access to the ES BMW ITF Pro Tour $25K Men's Tournament throughout the weekend.

Mini Congress 2027 – Frequently Asked Questions

  • Tennis Congress Registration & Refund Policy

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing by emailing gary@tenniscongress.com.


    Refund eligibility is based on the date we receive your written cancellation request and is calculated from the first scheduled day of the event.


    - If you cancel more than 30 calendar days before the start date of the event, you are eligible to receive a 100% refund of your registration fee.


    - If you cancel 30 calendar days or fewer before the start date of the event, your registration fee is non-refundable and will be donated to the Net Gains Foundation as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.

    Event Changes

    We are committed to delivering every Tennis Congress event as planned. In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances require us to reschedule or cancel an event, we will work closely with all registered participants to provide the option of transferring their registration to a future Tennis Congress event or receiving a full refund of their registration fee.


    By registering for a Tennis Congress event, you acknowledge and agree to this Registration & Refund Policy.

    Your registration includes:

  • Is there downtime built into the schedule?

    Yes. While the Mini Tennis Congress is a focused training experience, we've intentionally built time into the schedule for you to recharge and enjoy Naples.


    Each day includes a lunch break, and the program typically concludes around 3:00–4:00 PM, leaving your evenings free to explore local restaurants, relax on the beach, spend time with fellow participants, or simply recover before the next day's training.


    Our goal is to create a balanced experience that combines purposeful coaching with time to rest, recover, and enjoy everything Naples has to offer.

  • What are options for local accommodations?

    Emilio Sanchez Academy offers a group discount through The Best Western 

    and Hilton Home2Suites.


    You may stay at any local hotel or AirBnB you wish (decent nearby options on Expedia or Hotels.com start around $250/night). 

  • Are there showers and changing facilities at the event?

    Yes! Regardless of where you stay, you'll have the option of bringing changes of clothes and showering at the facilities at the Emilio Sanchez Academy throughout the weekend.  

  • What player level is this designed for?

    This event is built for committed adult players looking to sharpen their game. Whether you play doubles or singles, your training pathway is matched to your goals and style of play. 


    All levels are welcome to join. 

  • What is the best airport to fly into?

    Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) – Located in Fort Myers, about 30 miles north of Naples, this is the closest major airport and offers many direct flights.

  • Can I use my alumni discount when registering with my family?

    Yes. Your alumni discount code is valid for one-time use, and you may include your family members in that registration.


    The discount will apply to everyone included in the same registration.
